Narda was born in Ecuador, as an Incan descendant her gifts come to light and her heart expands full of joy every time she gets to cultivate her daily Sun gazing/movement along with gentle yoga practices and meditation in Nature first thing in the morning. She is a Kambo Practitioner, trauma informed space holder (assisting therapist caring for men and women in recovery in wilderness programs in the mountains of Asheville NC), she is also a tonic herb enthusiast, and Ayurvedic advocate. Narda also regularly hosts cacao ceremonies with mandala chocolate 🍫 

Narda has been a traveler and learned different therapeutic and healing arts over the years such as Herbal Medicine, health coach, Qigong, Breathing Techniques, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy, Reflexology/gentle massage. She is also a sacred space facilitator, her inner and outer exploration throughout the years has led her to understand more about the healing properties of the traditional Amazonian medicines used by her ancestors in Ecuador.  These tools along with her compassion and nurturing care, have allowed her to be in service of others by assisting them in the process of creating an improved vessel (body) ready to explore the possibilities Pachamama has to offer.

Narda has been serving cacao at ecstatic dances, women gatherings, moon gatherings, yoga workshops, weddings and private gatherings. She has served cacao at Interfusion Festival for the past 2 years with a room full of 200 + guests.
