As of September 2022, the Interfusion Team has successfully implemented our 2023 project priority to standardize overall compensation levels across all disciplines, genders, races, ages, and other demographics for artists teaching at Interfusion VIII.
The Pay Equality Initiative also included an 50% increase in DJ Artists pay in addition to raising overall compensation levels for artist professionals that may have been underrepresented.
The Pay Equality Initiative aligns with vision of Equity (#5), core value of Transparency (#3), and core principle of Inclusion (#2), which we define as “We are committed to fostering a culture where all feel supported, empowered, and welcomed. We encourage diversity of backgrounds and perspectives with utmost grace and respect”.
