She is certified in vinyasa yoga, Thai massage, Kama Flight, and fascial maneuvers – with vast experience in non-violent communication, resonance, mindful parenting, and neuroscience. Coming from more than 20 years of feminist-oriented global social justice work, her background inspires her methods and purpose as a leader, educator, and space holder.
