Combining the wisdom of 20 years of bodywork and energy work with ceremony, Russell takes a holistic approach to integration and every moment is imbued with the intention to nourish and integrate your body, mind, and spirit. He is committed to providing a comprehensive, unique approach to massage, beginning by asking a lot of questions about what you like, what your goals/objective are, how you prefer to receive your massages etc. He then spends the next 1-2 hours reading your body and seeing what your body needs/responds to. He finds a way to marry what you want with what your body needs to provide a session that exceeds your expectation. He prefers to take a customer/client-centric approach and give you the experience you are looking for overall while educating you along the way.
