Laughter Yoga
Laughter Yoga helps to change your mood within minutes by releasing brain chemicals called endorphins. Laughter Yoga is a combination of deep yogic breathing and laughter exercises. It oxygenates the body and brain and creates a feeling of ease and well-being. Laughter is initiated as a full-body exercise in a group and with eye contact and childlike playfulness. It soon turns into real and contagious laughter and a playful and sacred shared experience.

Instead of using humor, laughter is initiated through creative exercises. Practitioners do not have to master any of the traditional yoga postures. They simply need to laugh.

Laughter yoga consists of four basic steps with specific elements: clapping and chanting, laughter yoga breathing, childlike playfulness and laughter exercises.

This practice has multiple health benefits including increased oxygen intake and blood flow, improved blood vessel function, lower blood pressure, improved memory, and stronger immune system.

It also feels great in your body and mind: leaves you feeling both relaxed and energized, melts away stress, reduces sensations of pain, helps you feel more peaceful, grounded, focused and connected with people.
